A first free meeting allows us to understand your needs and establish a game plan. In some cases, we will need to deepen our understanding through diagnostics or workshops, or take the time to eliminate certain uncertainties (research, proof of concept, etc.).
Subsequently, if we can offer you an adequate solution, we will submit a service offer. Above all, we ensure that we are able to meet your needs.
What are the typical timeframes for developing a custom solution?
In most situations, we are able to define the broad outlines of our solution in the first few weeks. Subsequently, the development naturally depends on the scope of the project. That said, our mandates usually range from a few months to a year.
For larger projects, we operate in development cycles with delivery of a viable product. At the end of a cycle, the client can choose whether or not to continue developing new features while having a functional product in hand.
How do you guarantee that the solution will perfectly meet our needs?
We work by iterations in order to obtain feedback from users as quickly as possible and to make adjustments during the project. When we deliver a solution, there are no surprises for anyone.
In addition, the automated tests included in our solutions allow us to avoid regressions and ensure that we deliver high-quality products.

Yes, we support each of our solutions after they are live. We include a number of modification hours in our support contracts. In addition, it is possible to add features through additional development cycles.
What are your rates or pricing model?
Our base rate is $1,050 CAD per development day, to which we add a 20% annual fee for support, updates, hosting, configurations and monitoring. These annual fees may vary depending on the orchestration mode chosen.
